Victory House, a project of Center City Ministries (of which Trinity Church was a founding member), is a shelter and treatment center for the homeless located in South Bethlehem.  The shelter is the old Victory Fire House and it was a "victory" that Center City Ministries were able to buy and renovate the building.  It is a "victory" when one of the guests is able to re-enter the community.
