News from Swaziland

Clergy news. Maggie Land writes that a new priest, Fr. Advent Diamini, has been chosen for All Saints Cathedral.

Fr. Charles Kunene, Secretary/Treasurer of the Diocese of Swaziland, will arrive in Bethlehem May 8 for a week, staying with Dan and Maggie Land. He will participate in our service of May 13. Tom Mbelu, Senior Warden of All Saints Cathedral, will arrive around May 14. Both will journey on to the Diocese of Iowa.

Young girl news: pen pals wanted. Sr. Carole, the Anglican nun who cares for the girls at Jacaranda House, says that her girls would like pen pals. Their ages are 7 to 21. They have had little schooling (due to poverty) and some do not speak English, but Sr. Carole will help them write the letters. Let Maggie Land know if you would like to correspond with one of the girls. mland92836@aol.com 610-838-5144
