Pastoral Care Committee
Pastoral care is a church basic--ministering to the homebound, the ill, and those in crisis, within and outside the parish.
The Pastoral Care Committee supplements the work of the clergy by visiting shut-ins, the elderly, those in hospitals, or those away from home, at school or in the military.
Altar Flower distribution
One of the ongoing tasks of Pastoral Care is the distribution of altar flowers; it's not so much the flowers as the visit. At Easter, of course, there are more opportunities than usual for the flowers' caring message. All the flowers, of course, as always, are donated in memory of loved ones.
Cookies to college students
A group of bakers send examination survival kits to Trinity college students every year.
