Phil Secor and Edith Bross

Phil Secor, a historian of the Reformation, is well known as the writer of books on Renaissance reformer Richard Hooker, and we know Edith Bross as an active and enthusiastic member of the parish. In their two Forum presentations in May, Phil and Edith will consider the changing conceptions of heresy.

Phil writes that the programs' purpose is "to explore both the history of heresy in the church and its present relevancy. We will punctuate our presentations with lots of examples from Pelagius to Spong. We hope to have some lively discussion from forum attendees."
